1️⃣ Trainee – Technical Services (TSD)
Key Responsibilities
- Support scale-up of products from lab to pilot and plant scale
- Assist in technology transfer, validation, and trial batches
- Support HAZOP studies, campaign reports, and process documentation
- Assist in preparation of PFDs, P&IDs, mass & energy balance calculations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams during pilot and plant execution
Qualifications
- B.Tech / B.E in Chemical Engineering
- Freshers with exposure to process engineering, manufacturing, or technical services preferred
2️⃣ Trainee – Research & Development (R&D)
Key Responsibilities
- Execute chemical reactions under cGMP and GLP compliance
- Interpret analytical data and maintain lab documentation
- Handle calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment
- Support synthesis projects and prepare weekly/final reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D and plant teams
Qualifications
- M.Sc in Chemistry / Organic Chemistry
- 0–1 year of synthesis lab experience preferred
3️⃣ Trainee – Engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Handle shift operations of utilities (HVAC, water systems, utilities)
- Ensure SOP compliance, documentation, and preventive maintenance
- Support qualification, validation, and calibration activities
- Participate in audits (USFDA, EU, WHO, Schedule M, ISO standards)
- Assist in energy conservation and engineering cost optimization
Qualifications
- Graduation in Engineering or relevant technical discipline
- Knowledge of pharma engineering systems is an advantage
