Job Details
Cadila Pharmaceuticals is seeking candidates for the following roles in the Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) section:
- Position: Officer/Executive
- Department: Production – OSD
- Sections: Compression / Granulation / Coating
- Location: Dholka Plant, Gujarat (Survey No. 1389, Trasad Road, Dholka, Ahmedabad, India)
- Qualification: B.Pharm
- Experience: 1 to 5 years (Pharmaceuticals Formulation experience only)
Candidates must have practical knowledge in OSD manufacturing processes, including tablet compression, granulation, and coating operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
As an Officer/Executive in the Production department, you will be responsible for:
- Operating and monitoring OSD manufacturing equipment in compression, granulation, or coating sections
- Ensuring compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and quality standards
- Managing batch production, documentation, and in-process checks
- Troubleshooting equipment issues and maintaining production efficiency
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams for smooth operations
- Maintaining safety protocols and contributing to process improvements
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Educational Qualification: B.Pharm from a recognized institution
- Experience: 1-5 years in OSD formulation production (mandatory)
- Key Skills: Knowledge of OSD processes, regulatory compliance, teamwork, attention to detail
- Note: Only candidates with pharmaceutical formulation experience will be considered
