This recruitment is for positions across Pan India manufacturing facilities, with a focus on high-quality production in formulation areas.
Available Roles and Departments
Cipla is seeking talented individuals for the following key roles:
- Operator & Officer in OSD, MDI & Topical Candidates will operate advanced machines including Granulation, Compression, Coating, Pellet (Wurster & Topical Coater), Capsule Filling, Packing, and related equipment. Strong knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical processes is essential.
- Operator & Officer in FFS, Sterile (including Autoclave, Tunnel Sterilization, Filling & Sealing) Roles involve operating machines such as FFS, BFS, Tunnel Sterilization (Bosch & Groninger), Ampoule & Vial Filling, Injectable Manufacturing, and more. Emphasis on sterile processes and GMP compliance.
These positions offer the chance to contribute to Cipla’s state-of-the-art facilities while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in pharmaceutical production.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment efficiently
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards
- Perform granulation, compression, coating, filling, sterilization, and packing operations
- Monitor processes for quality assurance and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets
- Maintain documentation and records as per pharmaceutical guidelines
Required Qualifications and Experience
- For Operators: Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Pharmaceutical Engineering (or similar)
- For Officers: B.Pharm degree
- Experience: 1 to 5 years in relevant pharmaceutical machine operations
- Strong understanding of GMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate technical knowledge and hands-on experience during the interview.
Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates can expect competitive compensation aligned with industry standards. For Operator roles in production (with 1-5 years experience), the salary typically ranges from ₹2.5 Lakhs to ₹5 Lakhs per annum, depending on experience, location, and role level.
