This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Regulatory Affairs professionals with strong expertise in Indian cosmetics, commodities, OTC, and compliance regulations to work in a globally respected organization rooted in science and care.
Key Responsibilities – Executive Regulatory Affairs
As an Executive – Regulatory Affairs at Kenvue, you will:
- Provide on-time regulatory support for existing and upcoming projects in Skin Health & Essential Health portfolios
- Ensure right-first-time dossier submissions and fast, compliant product registrations
- Review and approve product artworks in the Artwork Management System
- Handle regulatory submissions and responses to authorities such as CDSCO, State Drug Control Offices, and ASCI
- Monitor and interpret Indian regulatory changes related to cosmetics, OTC, and commodities
- Support local policy shaping and proactive regulatory risk mitigation
- Ensure regulatory compliance during internal and external audits with zero critical observations
- Approve claims and promotional materials while ensuring compliance with applicable laws
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Pharmacy or Science
- PG Diploma or Certification in Regulatory Affairs
Experience & Skills
Mandatory Experience
- 6–7 years of hands-on experience in Indian cosmetics and commodities regulatory affairs
Additional Advantage
- Experience in Drugs regulations, including NPPA-related work
- Exposure to Medical Devices regulations
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of Indian regulatory frameworks
- Excellent law interpretation and dossier management skills
- Effective stakeholder communication and coordination
- High adaptability in complex, fast-paced regulatory environments
