About the Role

As an Officer – Quality Assurance, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all products meet stringent regulatory and internal quality standards. You will contribute to the smooth functioning of quality operations in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and other regulatory requirements.
• Manage documentation related to QMS, including SOPs, batch records, and quality reports.
• Prepare the site and teams for internal and external audits (regulatory, customer, and third-party).
• Handle batch release activities in coordination with production and quality control teams.
• Identify, investigate, and implement CAPA for deviations, out-of-specification (OOS) results, and complaints.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality systems.
• Maintain accurate records and support data integrity practices.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Educational Qualification — B.Pharm or M.Pharm from a recognized university.
• Experience — 1 to 3 years in Quality Assurance department within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines (preferably USFDA, WHO, and CDSCO).
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software is desirable.
