Available Positions and Requirements

Gufic Biosciences is recruiting for the following key roles in Production:

• Trainee Technician
  • Qualification: ITI (Fitter/Electrician) or Diploma (Mechanical/Pharmacy)
  • Experience: Freshers welcome
  • Responsibilities: Operation of Vial/Ampoule Washing Machine, Filling Machine, Capping Machine, Batch Manufacturing, Automatic Visual Inspection Machine, Autoclave
• Jr. Technician / Technician
  • Qualification: ITI, Diploma, or D-Pharma
  • Experience: 2 to 10 years
  • Responsibilities: Operation of Vial/Ampoule Washing Machine, Filling Machine, Capping Machine, Batch Manufacturing, Automatic Visual Inspection Machine, Autoclave
• Officer / Sr. Officer
  • Qualification: B.Pharm or M.Pharm
  • Experience: 2 to 7 years
  • Responsibilities: Supervision of batch manufacturing, Filling/Capping, Lyophilization process, Aseptic processing, Handling QMS documentation including Deviations, Change Control, CAPA, BMR/Protocol preparation, SAP knowledge, and Automatic Visual Inspection

Candidates with experience in sterile pharmaceutical plants will be prioritized.

Salary and Benefits

Competitive compensation packages are offered based on experience and role. Realistic salary ranges in the sterile pharma production sector in India (especially for Indore/Pithampur region) typically include:

• Entry-level/Freshers (Trainee): ₹1.8 – 3.0 Lakhs per annum
• Experienced Technicians: ₹3.0 – 5.5 Lakhs per annum
• Officers/Sr. Officers: ₹4.5 – 8.0 Lakhs per annum
