Available Positions and Requirements

Indoco Remedies is recruiting for the following roles in the Chemical Research Development and Technology Transfer (API) departments:

1. Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive – Chemical Research Development

• Experience: 1 to 5 years
• Qualification: M.Sc / PhD in Chemistry (Organic Chemistry preferred)
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Strong knowledge of organic chemistry and spectral analysis
  • Support lab-scale synthesis, process development, and optimization of APIs and intermediates
  • Conduct literature searches, primary documentation, and support technology transfer
  • Execute experiments, maintain lab records, ensure safety, data integrity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvement and cost optimization

2. Executive / Sr. Executive – Technology Transfer (API)

• Experience: 5 to 10 years
• Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Chemical Engineering
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle process fitment, equipment selection, and technology transfer for API and intermediates (including new molecules and improvements)
  • Prepare and review PFDs, P&IDs, SOPs, and technology transfer documentation
  • Support API scale-up with lab demonstrations, process calculations, and safety/environmental impact evaluations
  • Conduct hazard analysis, implement engineering controls, and drive continuous improvements in yield, cost, energy efficiency, debottlenecking, and capacity enhancement
