Key Responsibilities โ Research Associate Primary Research
- Conduct outbound phone calls to respondents for structured B2C surveys
- Perform primary data collection through telephonic and in-person surveys
- Visit field locations when required within the assigned city/region
- Clearly explain survey objectives and maintain respondent engagement
- Accurately capture and record responses in Excel or internal systems
- Meet daily and weekly targets for call volume and completed surveys
- Coordinate with internal research teams for data validation and updates
- Ensure high-quality and compliant survey responses
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage
- Confidence, patience, and professionalism while speaking with respondents
- Willingness to travel occasionally for field surveys
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data entry
- Prior experience in telecalling, surveys, or market research is a plus
