1. API – Quality Control

• Qualification: M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry or Organic Chemistry
• Experience: 2-5 years

  • Hands-on handling of Raw Materials (RM), intermediates, and finished products in API manufacturing.
  • Operation and expertise in instruments like HPLC, GC, ICPMS.
  • Proficiency in software such as Empower3 and Chromeleon.
  • Preferred knowledge of Particle Size Analyzer, LCMS, and GCMS.

2. API – Microbiology

• Qualification: M.Sc. in Microbiology
• Experience: 1-5 years
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Microbial analysis including water analysis, Method Suitability Test (MLT), and environmental monitoring.
  • Media preparation and related microbiological testing activities.

3. API – Quality Assurance

• Qualification: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry
• Experience: 2-5 years
• Key Responsibilities:
  • API Quality Assurance activities including in-process QA and line clearance.
  • Handling Quality Management System (QMS) tasks.
  • Exposure to deviation management, change control, CAPA, and IPQA systems.

4. API – ITQA (Information Technology Quality Assurance)

• Qualification: BE in Computers or Electronics & Telecommunication (E&TC)
• Experience: 3-6 years
• Key Responsibilities:
  • GxP IT and Computer System Validation (CSV) activities.
  • Software qualification, backup & restore management, and user access control.
  • Compliance with GAMP 5 and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements, along with risk assessment.
