Roles and Responsibilities
As an Entry-Level Life Science Recruiter, you will:
- Source candidates for US life science, clinical research, and pharmaceutical roles using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
- Screen resumes to match job requirements and client needs
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and US account managers
- Support candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Participate in recruitment training and industry learning programs
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business Administration
- Strong interest in US staffing and life sciences recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Basic knowledge of ATS and recruitment tools is an advantage
