🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Perform real-time medical scribing during patient encounters
- Accurately document clinical notes, diagnoses, procedures, and treatment plans
- Update and maintain Electronic Health Records (EHRs)

- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to improve workflow efficiency

🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required
- Experience or proficiency in medical documentation or medical transcription
- Working knowledge of EHR systems
