IQVIA, a global leader in clinical research and healthcare intelligence, is hiring for a Clinical Data Management (CDM) role in Pune and Bangalore. This full-time position offers the opportunity to manage end-to-end clinical data management projects, lead teams, and ensure high-quality deliverables in alignment with sponsor expectations.
As a CDM Project Lead, you will oversee data collection, cleaning, validation, and reporting for single or multi-service projects. This role is ideal for professionals with 3–4 years of direct clinical data management experience, including at least 1 year as a project lead.
Key Responsibilities:

- Gather study setup requirements through collaboration with stakeholders.
- Oversee and validate new device integrations with minimal guidance.
- Perform regular data cleaning activities to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Ensure all project outputs meet sponsor expectations and timelines.
- Lead internal study meetings, study kick-offs, and sponsor audits.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures.
- Support training for new team members.
- Collaborate with programming teams for process innovation and automation.
- Contribute to development and maintenance of SOPs and working instructions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in health, clinical, biological, or mathematical sciences, or related field.
- 3–4 years of clinical data management experience; 1 year as CDM Project Lead preferred.
- Advanced understanding of the drug development lifecycle and overall clinical research process.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Inbox.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
