- Review patient records from multiple Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems against predefined eligibility criteria
- Accurately identify and map eligible patients to relevant clinical studies
- Prepare comprehensive patient record summaries for assigned charts
- Ensure high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and compliance
- Support clinical research and decision-support teams with structured data insights
🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required
Educational Qualification
- PharmD
- M.Pharm (Pharmacology)
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in one or more of the following:
- CRO (Clinical Research Organization)
- Clinical pharmacy
- Medical coding
- Scientific writing
- Any related clinical or healthcare domain
Key Skills
- Strong clinical and pharmacology knowledge
- High attention to detail
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Ability to interpret and summarize clinical data accurately
