Available Job Positions and Requirements
Micro Labs is hiring for multiple departments with varying qualifications and experience levels:
- Packing
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm (Freshers) or 10th/12th/D.Pharm/ITI
- Experience: Freshers or Fixed Term Contract
- Section: Blister Packing
- Quality Control
- Qualification: M.Sc / B.Sc
- Experience: 2-8 years
- Requirement: Hands-on experience in analysis of raw materials/finished products/stability samples using HPLC and other instruments
- Technology Transfer / QC Validation
- Qualification: M.Sc / B.Sc
- Experience: 2-5 years
- Requirement: Experience in Method Validation/Process Validation/Method Transfer/API; hands-on with instruments like HPLC, GC, LCMS, etc.
- Quality Assurance
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Experience: 2-10 years
- Requirement: Expertise in BMR/BPR, Process Validation, Investigation Team, IPQA, Audit & Compliance, Batch Release
- Engineering
- Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mechanical/Electrical
- Experience: 1-5 years
- Section: Process Engineering
Candidates with relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, especially in regulated environments, are encouraged to attend.
Roles and Responsibilities (General Overview)
- Execute daily operations in respective departments as per GMP guidelines
- Perform analysis, validation, documentation, and compliance activities
- Handle instruments and equipment in QC/Validation labs
- Ensure product quality, process efficiency, and regulatory adherence
- Participate in audits, investigations, and batch release processes
- Support engineering maintenance and process improvements
Salary and Benefits
Salaries at Micro Labs are competitive and industry-standard for the pharmaceutical sector in Goa.
- Freshers/Entry-level (Packing & similar): ₹2.5 – 4.0 Lakhs per annum
- Experienced roles (QC, QA, Validation, Engineering): ₹4.0 – 10.0 Lakhs per annum (depending on experience and role)
