Available Positions
Zydus is actively hiring for the following roles in its state-of-the-art Transdermal Unit:
- Production Officer / Executive Focus areas: Equipment Qualification, Semi Solid Preparations (Cream, Ointment, Lotion), Transdermal Patches, ODF (Oral Dissolving Films), and MDI (Metered Dose Inhalers)
- Plant Operator / Technical Assistant Responsibilities include: Machine Operation, Coating Operations, Blend Manufacturing, Semi Solid Preparations, and Solid Oral Dosage Forms
- FTE / FTA / Apprentice Entry-level roles suitable for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
- Quality Control Analyst Key skills: HPLC, GC, KF Titration, LIMS, and adherence to GLP guidelines
Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute manufacturing processes for semi-solid and transdermal products as per GMP standards
- Perform equipment qualification, calibration, and maintenance activities
- Operate and monitor production machinery including coating, blending, and filling equipment
- Conduct in-process checks and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Perform analytical testing using sophisticated instruments (HPLC, GC, KF, etc.)
- Maintain accurate records in LIMS and ensure GLP compliance
- Support shift operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Educational Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc. / BE / B.Tech / B.Pharm / M.Sc (relevant disciplines)
- Experience Level: 1–7 years (Fresher candidates eligible for Apprentice / entry-level roles)
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
- Experience in semi-solid preparations, transdermal systems, or quality control preferred
- Good communication skills and ability to work in shifts
