Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day production activities in API/Formulation as per SOPs and cGMP.
- Handle IPQA, QA documentation, QMS, PV, and compliance activities.
- Perform QC testing, analytical validation, stability studies, and GLP documentation.
- Manage stores operations including receipt, dispensing, and inventory control.
- Operate and maintain formulation equipment (vial filling & sealing, autoclave, tunnel, vial washing).
- Support engineering maintenance, HVAC, utilities, instrumentation, and electrical systems.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry)
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- B.E / B.Tech (Chemical / Instrumentation / Electrical / Mechanical)
- Diploma / ITI (Electrical / Mechanical)
- Any Graduate (for select technical associate roles)
Experience: Typically 2–8 years (role-dependent), with relevant exposure to API/Formulation manufacturing and regulated environments.
Salary, Benefits & Growth
- CTC (Indicative): ₹3,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 per annum (INR), depending on role, experience, and skill set.
