This position is ideal for candidates in or around the Mehsana/Ahmedabad region seeking stable employment in the pharma warehouse domain.
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Officer in the pharmaceutical industry, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and efficiency. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching pharmaceutical goods
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock checks
- Ensuring proper storage conditions for temperature-sensitive pharma products
- Coordinating with supply chain and logistics teams for timely deliveries
- Adhering to Good Storage Practices (GSP) and regulatory compliance
- Handling documentation, labeling, and packaging as per industry standards
- Assisting in audits and quality control processes
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Educational Qualification: B.A / B.Com / BCA / B.Sc (any discipline)
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical warehouse operations (freshers are encouraged to apply)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management and inventory software preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary & Benefits
Based on industry standards for Warehouse Officer roles in pharmaceutical companies in Gujarat, the expected salary range is ₹3.2 Lakhs to ₹4.2 Lakhs per annum (depending on experience and qualifications).
