๐งพ Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating day-to-day clinical trial activities at the site
- Assisting investigators in study initiation, conduct, and close-out
- Maintaining essential trial documents (ISF, CRFs, logs)
- Ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and protocol requirements
- Supporting subject recruitment, informed consent, and follow-ups
- Coordinating with monitors, sponsors, and ethics committees
- Handling data entry, query resolution, and audit readiness
๐ Qualifications & Skills
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field
- 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator or similar role
- Practical knowledge of clinical trials, GCP, and regulatory guidelines
Preferred Skills:
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Familiarity with clinical trial protocols and patient management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
