Key Responsibilities – Safety & PV Coordinator
- Support pharmacovigilance and safety monitoring activities across global studies
- Perform Japanese-to-English and English-to-Japanese translations for PV documents
- Coordinate with global safety teams for case processing and safety workflows
- Assist in ICSR-related documentation, tracking, and follow-ups
- Maintain accuracy and compliance with regulatory safety standards
- Support internal stakeholders with language and coordination requirements
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Graduation in any discipline (Life Sciences preferred)
- JLPT N3 certification or above (mandatory)
- Strong proficiency in Japanese and English (written & verbal)
- 0–1 year experience in translation, pharmacovigilance, or clinical research
- Good understanding of PV terminology is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
