Roles & Responsibilities
As a Trainee/Officer in Production (Sterile / Parenteral / Injectables), you will be involved in key manufacturing processes. Typical responsibilities include:
- Operating and monitoring production lines for vials, ampoules, glass/plastic bottles, and BFS technology.
- Ensuring compliance with production compliances, remediation activities, and quality system documents (e.g., CCN, CAPA, Investigation).
- Managing quality aspects during manufacturing, including in-process checks and documentation.
- Working in cleanroom environments to maintain sterility and adhere to GMP standards.
- Participating in compliance remediation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborating with teams for efficient production output while prioritizing safety and quality.
Freshers will start as trainees, receiving on-the-job training to build expertise in parenteral production.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Pharm/M.Pharm in Sciences or Pharmacy.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years in parenteral manufacturing (vial/ampoules/bottles of glass or plastic through BFS technology).
- Preference for candidates worked in production compliances/remediation/having experiences of managing quality system document (CCN/CAPA/investigation etc.).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply for trainee positions.
- Strong understanding of GMP, quality assurance, and sterile manufacturing processes is a plus.
