Available Positions and Responsibilities
The openings span multiple departments, with a focus on sterile operations and quality compliance.
1. Drug Product Manufacturing – Sterile Formulation, Filling & Lyophilization (Experience: 0–6 Years) Designation: Trainee / Jr. Executive & Executive Key Responsibilities:
- Compounding, blending, and autoclave operations
- Sterile aseptic operations and formulation
- Batch manufacturing as per BPR/BMR
- Handling Class A/B/C/D areas, isolator operations
- Filling/vial BFS/FFS, sealing, vial washing
- Knowledge of BMR, BPR, documentation, GMP, cGMP
- Operation of PLC/HMI/automation systems
2. Visual Inspection and Packaging Freshers Only – Preferably Females Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough visual inspections of vials/ampoules/syringes to identify defects, damages, or inconsistencies
- Ensure compliance with quality standards before packaging
- Primary and secondary packing: Pack products into appropriate boxes, containers, or materials, including weighing, sealing, and labeling packages accurately
- Document inspection results and packaging activities as required for quality control records
3. Quality Assurance (Experience: 2–7 Years) Designation: Jr. Executive & Executive Key Responsibilities:
- IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance)
- Quality Management Systems
- Validation & Qualification
- Regulatory Affairs
Required Qualifications
For Manufacturing Roles (0–6 Years):
- M. Pharmacy / B Pharmacy
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Life Science)
- M.Sc. / B.Sc. (Micro, Biotech, Virology, Biochemical)
- B.Tech / BE / Diploma
For Visual Inspection and Packaging (Freshers):
- Intermediate, ITI, DIPLOMA, B.Sc, B.Com, B.A
