Key Responsibilities – Claims Assessor Role
- Assess and process health insurance claims with high accuracy
- Review medical records and verify claim-related documentation
- Evaluate claims from a risk management and fraud detection perspective
- Coordinate with Risk, Underwriting, Branch, and Hospital teams
- Initiate and follow up on investigations within committed TATs
- Ensure timely, high-quality, and compliant service delivery
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify operational gaps and support continuous process improvements
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- B.Pharm – Freshers are welcome
- Doctors: BAMS / BHMS
Experience
- Freshers preferred
- Up to 3 years of experience in a Life Insurance or Health Claims environment
