Available Positions
Encube Ethicals is hiring for multiple roles in their Pithampur facility located at Plot No. 113, Smart Industrial Park (SIP), Pithampur.
- Production – Filling & Packing
- Officer: B.Pharm qualification, 2-4 years experience
- Operator: Diploma/ITI (Mechanical/Fitter), 2-4 years experience
- Manufacturing – Bulk Manufacturing
- Officer: B.Pharm qualification, 2-4 years experience
- Operator: Diploma/ITI (Electrical/Mechanical/Fitter/Pharm), 2-4 years experience
Required Skillset
Candidates should have hands-on exposure to:
- Day-to-day Manufacturing & Packing activities
- Topical Formulation processes
- Regulatory Audits & Man Management
- Machine Operation, CIP Cleaning, GMP, and applicable regulatory compliance
Key Requirements
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Candidates must carry updated CV, Educational certificates, Experience letters, Current CTC Structure, Salary Slips, Address & Photo Identity proof
Roles & Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be involved in:
- Overseeing and executing production processes in filling, packing, or bulk manufacturing
- Ensuring adherence to GMP standards and regulatory guidelines
- Operating and maintaining machinery efficiently
- Participating in CIP cleaning and quality checks
- Handling regulatory audits and contributing to team management
- Maintaining documentation and ensuring smooth daily operations
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Officers: B.Pharm with 2-4 years of relevant experience in pharma production
- Operators: Diploma or ITI in relevant trades (Mechanical, Electrical, Fitter, Pharm) with 2-4 years experience
- Strong knowledge of topical formulations and compliance is preferred
