About the Opportunity
A.R. Life Sciences is hiring Executives for its R&D and Analytical R&D departments. These roles are ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in pharmaceutical research and development, offering a chance to work in a dynamic environment focused on quality and innovation.
Roles and Responsibilities
As an Executive in R&D or Analytical R&D, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting synthesis, process development, and optimization for intermediates and APIs
- Performing analytical method development, validation, and testing using techniques like HPLC, GC, and other instrumentation
- Monitoring reactions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Documenting experiments, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Contributing to scale-up activities and supporting USFDA-compliant processes
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Qualification: B.Sc or M.Sc in Chemistry
- Experience: 1 to 5 years in pharmaceutical R&D or Analytical R&D
- Candidates with relevant experience in API/intermediates manufacturing will be preferred
