Morepen PDR is hiring for multiple roles across various departments. Here are the key openings:
- Jr. Analytical Chemist (Analytical R&D) Experience: M.Sc (2-6 years) Qualification: M.Sc/M.Pharm in Analytical Chemistry or related experience.
- JRA/SRA (API R&D) Experience: Ph.D (0-1 year)/M.Sc (2-5 years) Qualification: Ph.D/M.Sc in Organic Chemistry or related experience.
- Asst/Deputy Manager (DQA – API R&D) Experience: 4-8 years Qualification: M.Pharm/M.Sc with experience in API R&D/Development QA.
- IPM Executive Experience: 6 years Qualification: Minimum 10 patents filed and prosecuted; experience in API and NCE filings.
- Jr. Chemist (MedChem) Experience: Ph.D (0-1 year)/M.Sc (2-5 years) Qualification: M.Sc in Organic Chemistry or related.
- Process Engineer (Process Engineering) Experience: B.Tech/M.Tech Chemical Engineering Qualification: 5+ years experience in pharma chemical engineering and process.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Conducting analytical method development, validation, and testing for APIs and intermediates.
- Synthesis, scale-up, and optimization of organic compounds in API and medicinal chemistry.
- Ensuring quality assurance compliance in R&D processes, documentation, and regulatory filings.
- Managing intellectual property portfolios, patent filings, and NCE development.
- Process design, troubleshooting, and scale-up in chemical engineering.
- Identifying business opportunities, client interactions, and supporting R&D commercialization.

Required Qualifications and Experience
