Ind-Swift Laboratories is hiring for the following roles in their R&D departments:
- Formulation Research Development (FRD) – Semi Solids (Ointment Section) Qualification: M.Pharm Experience: 3-5 years
- Analytical Research Development (ARD) – AMV Section Qualification: M.Pharm / M.Sc Experience: 3-5 years
- Formulation Research Development (FRD) – OSD (Oral Solid Dosage: Tablets & Capsules) Qualification: M.Pharm Experience: 3-6 years
Key Requirement: Candidates must have prior exposure to EU, MHRA, or USFDA-approved plants. Experience in OSD formulations is essential for relevant roles.
Roles & Responsibilities
As part of the R&D team at Ind-Swift Laboratories, selected candidates will:
- Conduct formulation development for semi-solids, oral solid dosage forms, or analytical method validation.
- Perform stability studies, scale-up activities, and technology transfer.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (USFDA, MHRA, EU).
- Develop and validate analytical methods for new and existing products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development and troubleshooting.
- Document experiments, prepare reports, and support dossier preparation.
These roles demand strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to innovation in pharmaceutical research.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Educational Qualification: M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics/Pharmaceutical Analysis) or M.Sc for ARD role.
- Experience: 3-6 years in formulation or analytical development in a pharma R&D setup.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience in regulated plants (EU/MHRA/USFDA approvals).
- Preferred Skills: Knowledge of ICH guidelines, QbD approaches, and instrumentation like HPLC, GC, etc.
