Key Responsibilities
As an Executive – Training & Medical Affairs, the selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing training materials and scientific content for the field sales team
- Coordinating and conducting periodic HO and on-the-job training programs
- Developing and presenting latest scientific updates to field managers and sales teams
- Creating FAQs and scientific responses for doctors, marketing teams, and sales representatives
- Supporting product and disease-related queries from marketing and sales functions
- Conducting field work for one week every month to engage with doctors and improve sales effectiveness
- Assisting marketing teams in scientific brand promotion strategies
- Preparing medical content, CME topics, and presentation slides for doctor group meetings
- Acting as moderator for doctor webinars and live medical programs on digital platforms
- Handling any additional responsibilities assigned on a priority basis (SOS tasks)
Qualifications & Eligibility
Educational Requirements
- UG: B.Pharm (Any Specialization)
- PG: M.Pharm (Any Specialization)
Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in medical affairs, pharmaceutical training, or medical writing
- Strong scientific communication and presentation skills
- Ability to interact confidently with doctors, field sales teams, and internal stakeholders
- Good understanding of pharma products, disease areas, and promotional compliance
