Key Responsibilities – Associate Evidence Synthesis (COA)
- Execute evidence synthesis projects, including literature search strategy development, screening, and data extraction
- Develop disease conceptual models and COA landscape analyses
- Support selection, development, validation, and psychometric assessment of COA instruments
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including patient experience and preference studies
- Assist in preparation of COA dossiers, briefing books, regulatory submissions, and scientific publications
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across COA, HEVA, RWE, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Regulatory teams
- Contribute to COA endpoint strategies aligned with Best-in-Class / First-in-Class product approaches
- Ensure adherence to FDA, EMA, and global evidence-generation guidelines
Qualifications & Experience Required
Educational Background
- Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Public Health, Psychology, Biostatistics, or related discipline (Master’s preferred)
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in:
- Clinical Outcome Assessments (COA)
- Evidence synthesis and COA data analysis
- Development or validation of COA instruments
- Pharmaceutical industry, CRO, consultancy, or academia
Key Skills
- Strong analytical and scientific writing skills
- Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data
- Experience with patient-reported outcomes (PROs) and psychometric validation
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Exceptional English communication skills (written and spoken)
