Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately assign appropriate medical codes to diagnoses, procedures, and services performed by healthcare providers.
- Review patient medical records to ensure documentation supports code assignments and comply with coding guidelines and regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify documentation and resolve coding discrepancies.
- Stay updated on changes in coding guidelines, regulations, and industry trends to ensure accurate coding practices.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Graduates in Medical Science or Life Science (Year of Passing 2018 onwards).
- Strong understanding of medical terminologies and coding guidelines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
