Key Responsibilities
- Compilation and preparation of regulatory documents for drug registration
- Liaising with regional and global teams to obtain dossiers and supporting documents
- Supporting health authority (HA) submissions for:
- Post-Marketing Surveillance (PMS)
- Phase IV studies
- Quarterly and six-monthly study reports
- Review and coordination of:
- Clinical study reports
- Stability protocols
- Non-clinical study reports
- Coordination with Regulatory Consultants for effective DCGI submissions
- Archival and maintenance of:
- Regulatory dossiers
- Approvals and DCGI submission records
- Supporting lifecycle management of registered pharmaceutical products
- Managing regulatory trackers and providing documentation support for tenders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
- Prior experience in Regulatory Affairs within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
- Hands-on exposure to DCGI submissions and Indian regulatory environment
- Strong understanding of drug registration processes and regulatory compliance
- Excellent documentation, coordination, and communication skills
