Open Positions and Experience Requirements
Arene Lifesciences is hiring across various departments with the following openings:
- Engineering / Maintenance: 1 to 5 Years (Fitters, Electricians, RO Water, Engineers)
- Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS): 2 to 4 Years (ETP, Safety)
- Production: Freshers to 8 Years (Chemist, Senior Chemist & Executives)
- SRS / TSD: 2 to 4 Years
- Quality Assurance: 2 to 8 Years
- Quality Control: 1 to 3 Years (GC, HPLC)
- Warehouse: 1 to 3 Years
Candidates with relevant experience in API manufacturing are preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
Depending on the department, key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of equipment in compliance with GMP standards.
- Monitoring production processes, handling batch manufacturing, and troubleshooting issues.
- Conducting quality checks, documentation, and audits for QA/QC roles.
- Managing warehouse operations, inventory, and safety protocols.
- Overseeing environmental health, safety measures, and effluent treatment.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- B.Sc/M.Sc in Chemistry, B.Pharm/M.Pharm, Diploma/ITI in relevant trades, or BE/B.Tech for engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience with instruments like HPLC/GC for QC positions.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, GMP, and safety practices.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in shifts.
