Required Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must hold a Science Graduate qualification (B.Sc & M.Sc in Chemistry). The positions require 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in the API/Bulk Drug Industry.
Roles and Responsibilities
Successful candidates will contribute to efficient production operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily production activities in the API/bulk drug manufacturing process
- Monitoring batch production, quality control, and process optimization
- Managing shift operations, manpower allocation, and safety protocols
- Ensuring adherence to GMP, documentation, and regulatory requirements
- Troubleshooting production issues and implementing improvements
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams for smooth operations
Preference will be given to immediate joiners with hands-on experience in bulk drug production.
