Roles & Responsibilities
As a Quality Intern, you will gain practical exposure to real-world quality management in food processing. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in implementing and monitoring food safety systems, certifications, and audits
- Supporting quality checks during production, packaging, and dispatch
- Helping with documentation, reporting, and analytical tasks related to quality control
- Contributing to ERP/Quality Management Software usage
- Participating in cross-functional coordination for process improvements
- Observing and learning about compliance with standards like FSSAI, organic certifications, and export requirements
This role emphasizes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintaining high-quality standards.
Required Qualifications & Eligibility Criteria
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field
