Open Positions and Requirements
Metrochem API is hiring for the following roles in the Production Department:
- Shift Incharge Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry) Experience: 8-10 years Vacancies: 5
- Trainee Chemist Qualification: B.Sc. (Chemistry) Experience: Fresher Vacancies: 15
- Trainee Supervisor Qualification: Any Degree Experience: Fresher Vacancies: 15
Candidates should be prepared for shift-based work in a manufacturing environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Shift Incharge: Lead production operations during assigned shifts, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, manage manpower, monitor processes, and troubleshoot issues to meet production targets.
- Trainee Chemist: Assist in production activities, handle chemical processes, maintain records, perform basic testing, and support senior chemists in API manufacturing.
- Trainee Supervisor: Oversee daily production tasks, coordinate with teams, ensure compliance with SOPs, and assist in supervision of operations.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Candidates must hold the specified qualifications and experience levels mentioned above. Freshers are encouraged to apply for trainee roles, while experienced professionals can target the Shift Incharge position.
Salary, Benefits & How to Apply
Metrochem API offers competitive salaries based on experience and role:
- Shift Incharge: ₹4.5 – 6.5 Lakhs per annum (based on experience)
- Trainee Chemist & Trainee Supervisor: ₹2.0 – 3.0 Lakhs per annum (fresher level)
