Key Roles and Responsibilities
As a Junior Manager in the Analytical QA Department under Quality Assurance – BGRC, your core responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing all types of laboratory data, including raw materials, finished products, stability studies, method validations, transfers, verifications, calibrations, and qualification documents.
- Managing change controls, deviations, incidents, OOS (Out of Specification), OOT (Out of Trend), and preparing trend reports for all Quality Management System (QMS) elements.
- Preparing and reviewing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensuring all data maintenance adheres to Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Following environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times, including attending mandatory trainings and promoting a strong EHS culture.
- Contributing to safe practices, procedures, and systems to maintain compliance with company integrity and quality standards.
Required Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
Education:
- M.Pharm / M.Tech / M.Sc. / B.Pharm / B.Tech / B.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry or Chemistry.
Experience:
- 6-9 years in Quality Control testing and laboratory data review.
Technical/Functional Skills:
- Hands-on experience with analytical instruments such as Karl Fischer (KF), Infrared Spectroscopy (IR), Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), Thermogravimetric Analyzer (TGA), HPLC, Gas Chromatography (GC), Ion Chromatography (IC), ICP-MS, ICP-OES, etc.
- Ability to identify questionable or out-of-trend results during reviews.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines, Pharmacopeia general chapters, and instrument/equipment qualifications (including Computer System Validation – CSV activities).
Behavioral Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
