Key Responsibilities – Factory Attendant Jobs at GSK
Manufacturing & Packing Operations
- Handling and movement of raw materials and packing materials
- Movement of ointment bulk bowls, decartoned tubes, and trolleys
- Washing and cleaning of isolators, One Ton Plant, PLM, and accessories
- Dismantling and cleaning of machine parts with skilled staff
- Transfer of samples to Quality Control (QC) and collection of labels
- Stenciling and forming DFCs and transferring finished goods to FG warehouse
SAP & Digital Production Activities
- Performing Production RF (Barcode Scanner) activities in SAP (DMERP)
- WM staging material checks, HU creation, material issue, goods receipt, and warehouse returns
Production & Compliance Support
- Supporting Production Chemist, Operators, and Line In-Charge
- Assisting in weighing, dispensing, mixing, filtration, and cleaning
- Strict adherence to BMR, SOPs, cGMP, EHS, and safety guidelines
- Participation in validation, environmental monitoring, and sampling
- Supporting GMP status labeling and departmental productivity initiatives (ZAP, ZIP, ZWP)
Housekeeping & Administration
- Maintaining departmental discipline and shift timings
- Ensuring change room discipline and facility maintenance
- Cleaning of equipment, machines, and departmental areas including washrooms
- Reporting abnormalities during manufacturing to management immediately
