Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential clients in clinical research, pharma, and biotech companies
- Build and maintain a qualified lead database
- Use tools such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and industry databases
Outreach & Client Engagement
- Perform cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls
- Schedule meetings and demos for senior business development teams
Market Research
- Track industry trends, CRO opportunities, and competitor activity
- Provide actionable insights for targeted business campaigns
Collaboration & Support
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and pitch decks
CRM & Reporting
- Update and manage leads in CRM systems
- Prepare weekly and monthly lead-generation reports
Eligibility & Qualifications
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
- Life Sciences
- Pharmacy
- Biotechnology
- Marketing or related field
Experience
- 0–2 years in business development, lead generation, or sales
- Exposure to clinical research or pharma industry is an advantage
Required Skills
- Strong research and analytical abilities
