Manufacturing Associate Role
Department: Manufacturing Experience Required: 1 to 3 years Location: Surat, Gujarat
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all manufacturing batches to ensure smooth production.
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of all manufacturing-related documents.
- Work with a diverse range of products, including face serum, shampoo, sunscreen, body lotion, face wash, conditioner, and others.
- Ensure full compliance with manufacturing standards and regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, preferably in cosmetics or personal care products.
- Strong attention to detail and knowledge of quality control processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Relevant educational background in science, pharmacy, or related fields is a plus.
Research & Development Associate Role
Department: Research and Development Experience Required: 1 to 3 years Location: Surat, Gujarat
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop new products for skin care, hair care, and personal care (both leave-on and rinse-off formulations).
- Prepare prototypes and improved product samples for testing and approval.
- Maintain all relevant records and documentation for R&D projects.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in product development within the cosmetics or personal care industry.
- Knowledge of formulation chemistry and product testing.
- Excellent documentation skills and creativity in innovation.
- Degree in chemistry, pharmacy, cosmetology, or a related discipline preferred.
