Roles & Responsibilities

As a Quality Control Analyst at PSA Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals, you will play a crucial role in maintaining product quality and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include:

• Performing routine quality control checks on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
• Analyzing samples using standard laboratory techniques and instruments
• Ensuring adherence to company policies, GMP, and regulatory standards
• Maintaining accurate documentation of test results and quality records
• Identifying and resolving quality-related issues in collaboration with the production team
• Contributing to continuous process improvements and product quality enhancements

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

• Strong understanding of quality control processes in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry
• Proficiency in laboratory skills, including sample analysis and instrumentation
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to follow protocols precisely
• Good communication skills for documenting findings and team collaboration
• A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceuticals, or a related field (preferred)
• 0-5 years of experience in quality control or similar roles; freshers are encouraged to apply
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical/chemical sector is an advantage
