Eligibility Criteria
The program is open to freshers meeting the following qualifications:
- ITI, Intermediate, Diploma, B.Sc (Any Degree), or B.Pharm
- Preference for male candidates only
- Candidates must attend in formal attire with shoes
Roles and Responsibilities
Successful candidates after training will be considered for roles in:
- Production and manufacturing of diagnostics, immunodiagnostics, molecular diagnostics, and infusion therapies
- Operating equipment in a GMP-compliant environment
- Quality checks and process adherence
- Contributing to the production of high-quality medical devices and life science products
The 30-day SDC batch focuses on skill enhancement tailored to the company’s operations in biologics, diagnostics, and critical care products.
Qualifications Required

Salary and Benefits
- Stipend: Paid during the 30-day training period
- Post-Training Salary: Competitive entry-level package estimated at INR 2.5 – 4 Lakhs per annum (based on industry standards for freshers in Hyderabad pharma/medical device sector)
