Available Positions and Responsibilities
Gracure Pharmaceuticals is seeking talented individuals for the following roles:
- QC Executive (Documentation – Specification/STP) Responsibilities include preparation and review of specifications, standard testing procedures (STP), and related documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- QC Officer (Microbiology) Key duties involve microbial testing, environmental monitoring, and maintaining sterility assurance in the manufacturing process.
- OSD Manufacturing Team Leader/Executive Oversee oral solid dosage (OSD) manufacturing operations including granulation, compression, and coating to achieve production targets efficiently.
- OSD Packing Team Leader Manage packing operations for OSD products, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of batches.
- Production Operator (Liquid/Ointment – Manufacturing, Bottle Filling, Sealing) Operate equipment for liquid and ointment production, including manufacturing, bottle filling, and sealing processes.
- Engineering Operator (Process Maintenance – HVAC, Electrician) Perform maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical equipment, and other process-related machinery to support uninterrupted production.

Required Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should meet the following criteria:
- QC Executive: B.Pharm/M.Sc with 5-7 years of experience.
- QC Officer (Microbiology): B.Pharm/M.Sc with 1-3 years of experience.
- OSD Manufacturing Team Leader: B.Pharm/M.Sc with 8-11 years of experience.
- OSD Manufacturing Executive: B.Pharm/M.Sc with 4-6 years of experience (assumed based on similar roles).
- OSD Packing Team Leader: B.Pharm/M.Sc with 4-6 years of experience.
- Production Operator: ITI/Diploma with 4-6 years of experience.
- Engineering Operator: ITI/Diploma with 4-6 years of experience.
Prior experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setup, preferably in EU-GMP or similar regulated environments, is highly desirable.

- Executives/Team Leaders: ₹6-12 lakhs per annum
- Officers: ₹4-8 lakhs per annum
