The roles span Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Engineering in the Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) plant, offering a chance to work with state-of-the-art equipment and processes.
Available Positions
Zydus is hiring for the following departments:
Quality Assurance (IPQA)
- Officer to Senior Executive – In-Process Quality Assurance (Manufacturing and Packaging)
Quality Control (Analyst)
- Officer to Senior Executive Expertise in HPLC, GC, IR, UV, Dissolution testing, and other QC instruments, including method validation and transfer.
Engineering
- Executive / Senior Executive Handling process equipment (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation) in OSD plant, including preventive maintenance and breakdown activities for machines like FBD, FBP, RMG, coating, compression, capsule filling, and packing lines.
- Technician Process equipment maintenance – Fitter / Electrician / Instrument Technician Experience in preventive maintenance and breakdown handling for OSD equipment such as FBD, FBP, RMG, coating machines, compression, capsule filling, sifter, Wurster coater, and packing machines.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform in-process quality checks during manufacturing and packaging to ensure compliance with GMP standards.
- Conduct analytical testing using advanced instruments and validate methods for accuracy and reliability.
- Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance of critical OSD production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues in a regulated pharma environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols, documentation requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: ITI, Diploma, BE, B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Pharm, or M.Pharm
- Experience: 2 to 8 years in relevant pharma roles, preferably in OSD formulation units
- Candidates with hands-on experience in regulated environments and knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) will be preferred.
Salary and Benefits
Competitive salary packages in the range of ₹4,00,000 to ₹10,00,000 per annum, depending on experience, role, and qualifications.
