🧾 Key Responsibilities
- Develop HEVA communication deliverables including manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and slide decks aligned with global HEVA strategy
- Create, update, and maintain Core Value Decks synthesizing key health economics and outcomes evidence
- Manage end-to-end publication workflows using iEnvision (Datavision/Matrix)
- Ensure compliance with Good Publication Practice (GPP), internal SOPs, and governance standards
- Support publication-needs analysis and annual HEVA communication planning
- Collaborate with HEVA, RWE, Medical Affairs, and Scientific Communications teams (global and local)
- Engage with healthcare professionals on publication content, as required
- Drive innovation in HEVA value communications to improve access and reimbursement impact
- Mentor peer medical writers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Public Health, Health Economics, Epidemiology, or related discipline
- Medical degree is an added advantage
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in:
- Medical writing, HEVA/HEOR communications
- Pharmaceutical, healthcare, CRO, or academic research environments
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of:
- Health Economics & Value Assessment (HEVA / HEOR)
- Core Value Dossiers, AMCP Dossiers
- Publication planning and submission processes
- Project management tools and workflows
Soft Skills
- Excellent written and spoken English communication
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work independently in a global matrix environment
