Key Roles and Responsibilities
As a Production Officer, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day production operations. Your primary duties will include:
- Co-ordinating with other departments like Maintenance, QC, QA, Micro warehouse, and packing staffs.
- Following cGMP procedures as defined in SOPs.
- Ensuring validation/calibration status of equipment/machine and instruments before starting the batch activities.
- Responsible for monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations and developing measures to assure personal safety.
- Carrying out operation and cleaning of vial washing machine, Tunnel, Bung processor, Autoclave, Terminal Autoclave, External washing machine, Garment washing and drying machine with operator.
These responsibilities ensure smooth production workflows while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.
Required Qualifications and Experience
To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Qualification: B. Pharma or M. Pharma
- Experience: 3-6 years in pharmaceutical production, preferably in injectables or similar GMP environments
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, equipment handling, and safety protocols
Candidates with hands-on experience in operating and cleaning specialized machinery will be preferred.
