Open Positions
1. FR&D (Formulation Research & Development) – Solid Orals
Experience Required: 5-7 years in core pharma formulation (OSD).
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize solid oral dosage formulations.
- Conduct pre-formulation studies, prototype development, and scale-up activities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and stability studies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for technology transfer and process improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- M.Pharm/Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics or related field.
- Strong background in OSD formulation development.
- Experience with generic drug development preferred.
2. Analytical Research & Development (AR&D) – Solid Orals
Experience Required: 5-7 years in core pharma formulation (OSD).

Required Qualifications:
- M.Sc./M.Pharm in Analytical Chemistry or related field.
- Proven expertise in HPLC, GC, and other analytical techniques.
3. Quality Control – Officer / Executive
Experience Required: Relevant experience in formulation, dissolution, stability studies, raw materials, HPLC, and GC.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality control testing for raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Perform dissolution, stability, and assay testing using HPLC and GC.
- Maintain documentation as per GMP and regulatory requirements.
- Investigate deviations and ensure timely release of batches.
Required Qualifications:
- B.Sc./M.Sc./M.Pharm in Chemistry or Pharmacy.
- Hands-on experience in QC instruments like HPLC, GC, and dissolution apparatus.
- Knowledge of GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines.
