Available Positions and Responsibilities
Dr. Reddy’s is hiring for the following departments in their Injectables division:
Injectables Production/Manufacturing (4-8 Years Experience)
- Knowledge of Injectable Filling, Compounding & Autoclave, Parts washer
- Media Fill, Filling machine qualification, handling of Isolator
- Good computer skills
- Working experience in cGMP with emphasis on GDP
Injectables Packing (8-10 Years Experience)
- Expertise in auto cartonator
- HVLD Operator
- Knowledge of Labeling machines, camera inspection, serialization, Laser coding and case packing
- Working experience in cGMP with emphasis on GDP
Injectables Engineering (5-8 Years Experience)
- Expertise in handling in design, installation and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety and compliance standards
- Troubleshooting of electrical issues
- Must have 33KV License
Lead Engineering (Injectable) (15-20 Years Experience)
- Lead and supervise the Engineering Team and oversee HVAC, Utilities & Water systems
- Adherence to Preventive Maintenance schedules for equipment and critical systems
- Handle repair planning for machinery responsible
- Manage spare parts equipment breakdown/leakages and operational issues
- Ensure compliance with cGMP tools for risk assessment
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, GMP and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications and Skills
- B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma / M.Sc / B.Sc (Minimum 60% marks)
- Relevant experience in sterile injectable manufacturing/packing/engineering
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and USFDA regulations
- Hands-on experience with equipment like isolators, autoclaves, filling lines, and electrical systems
- Candidate should have exposure working in USFDA approved organizations
