Key Responsibilities
- Perform triage and initial validity assessment of adverse event cases from spontaneous reports, clinical trials, literature, and health authorities
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into pharmacovigilance safety databases
- Conduct initial ICSR assessments in line with global regulatory requirements
- Evaluate cases for expedited reporting obligations and regulatory timelines
- Prepare and submit CIOMS I, MedWatch, and XML safety reports
- Draft and send follow-up queries to collect additional case information
- Maintain complete and audit-ready case documentation as per quality standards
- Retrieve and assess cases from EVWEB, including company and non-company cases
- Support additional pharmacovigilance activities as assigned by the supervisor
Educational Qualifications
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- BDS
- Life Science Graduate
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet strict regulatory timelines
- Basic understanding of pharmacovigilance processes and drug safety reporting (preferred)
- Willingness to learn global safety regulations and compliance standards
