Roles & Responsibilities
As a Graduate Engineer Trainee in the Engineering department, you will be trained and gradually assigned responsibilities including:
- Assist in operation and maintenance of plant utilities (HVAC, boilers, compressed air systems, water systems, etc.)
- Support preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment
- Participate in installation, commissioning, and qualification of new machinery
- Help maintain engineering documentation and compliance records
- Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure smooth plant operations
- Learn and implement GMP, safety, and environmental standards in daily work
Required Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Batch Eligibility: Only 2023, 2024, and 2025 passed-out candidates
- Experience: Freshers (no prior work experience required)
- Strong basic concepts in core engineering subjects
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Location preference: Candidates comfortable working at Hetero manufacturing locations in Telangana / Andhra Pradesh
