Roles & Responsibilities
As a Technical Assistant in Production (OSD), you will be involved in key manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with GMP standards and efficient operations. Key work areas include:
- Granulation
- Compression
- Coating
- Capsule Filling
- Oral Liquid & Nasal
Your day-to-day responsibilities will typically involve operating machinery, monitoring production processes, troubleshooting issues, maintaining documentation, and adhering to safety protocols in a regulated environment.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 2–7 years of relevant experience in OSD production within the pharmaceutical industry
- Educational background preferably in Diploma, ITI, B.Sc, or related fields (pharma experience is essential)
- Strong knowledge of GMP, documentation, and safety norms
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Good technical and problem-solving skills
