Roles & Responsibilities
Roles primarily involve hands-on operations in a regulated sterile injectable environment, ensuring compliance with global standards like USFDA. Key responsibilities include:
- Operating manufacturing and packing equipment in aseptic conditions
- Performing filling, sealing, filtration, sterilization, and visual inspection
- Maintaining documentation as per GDP, GMP, and QMS
- Handling deviations, change controls, and qualifications
- Ensuring product quality and regulatory compliance in parenteral production lines
Required Qualifications and Skills
Candidates must have relevant education in pharmacy or science and practical exposure to injectable processes. Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques, GMP, and regulatory requirements is essential for experienced roles. Freshers should be eager to learn in a high-compliance environment.

- Experienced roles (1-8 years): ₹3,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 per annum (approximate, depending on role and skills)
- Fresher Apprentice: ₹1,80,000 – ₹3,50,000 per annum (stipend/salary during apprenticeship)
